Welcome!  David Donnelly was born in Balbriggan, North Co. Dublin in 1948,  and is a self taught artist. His home is right beside the sea,  which inspires so much of his work. In the past, he worked as a draughtsman and freelance cartoonist. His work appeared in most of the National and U.K. newspapers and magazines. He now works as a full-time artist, having rapidly established himself, and his work is in great demand. He works in oils, acrylics, and watercolour, painting a diverse range of subjects from countryside to beach scenes mainly in realistic styles. To date, David has more than fifteen solo exhibitions .His work is found in private collections in Ireland, Australia, France, U.S.A,  England, and Wale
